SANDY D. BAGGETT
Ms. Sandy Baggett was a Judge Advocate (Captain) prosecutor in the US Army conducting trials in military courts-martial and administrative hearings.  She was dually appointed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for prosecution and trial of federal crimes in US Federal Court for three years.

After leaving military service, she spent five years as an Assistant District Attorney (public prosecutor) in the Bronx, New York.  As an ADA, she handled hundreds of major violent crime cases, such as homicides, armed robberies and violent drug gang activity. These cases consisted of every aspect from investigation and interrogation to jury trial and sentencing.

During that time, Sandy also volunteered in the Office of the Prosecutor, UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, preparing witnesses and documenting crime scenes for the trial of a mid-level government official accused of genocide and crimes against humanity.

In 2005, she moved to Singapore where she has been working at the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law, teaching legal research and writing, and appellate and trial advocacy.  In 2008, she joined the staff of the Singapore Bar course as a trainer for Trial Advocacy, which she continues to do yearly.

Sandy D. Baggett graduated from law school in the US with a Juris Doctorate degree.
